How do i track my order ?

Our white-label tracking page combines data from multiple sources to make it easier for you to follow packages.

You will get the order tracking page once your order is shipped out instead of separate carrier tracking links.

How long does it take for my order to be processed ?

All of our pieces are handmade to order, which means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Please allow approximately 48 hours for production before your order is ready to be shipped. This process ensures the highest level of quality, precision, and attention to detail in every piece.

When will my order be confirmed and my card charged?

You will first receive an automatic order acknowledgement email.

When we have finished processing your order, we send you a second email. We only charge your card when your order is confirmed.

Return policy

Any claims for mishandled/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense

Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Our products are handmade to order so please allow 1-2 days fulfilment.
